FAMILY COMMUNITY

We believe that cell groups are the excellent environment to belong, grow, and expand as a Kingdom Community. Consistent with the church' vision, we implement three phases of cell group development:

1. Belong
During this first phase, each member learns to live as a family in Christ by building quality relationship with the cell members. In this phase each member is encouraged to deepen their level of commitment by starting to care for and support each other as a family in Christ. The focus is on building sense of belonging and togetherness within the cell environment.

2. Grow
This is the phase where each member is encouraged to grow in Christ by turning from 'Consumers' into 'Disciples'. Each member is encouraged to be involved in ministry.

3. Expand
In this phase, the cell group members no longer focus on their own spiritual growth, but rather on the unreached. Members are encouraged to develop friendship with the unreached to lead them to belong, grow, and expand as a Kingdom Community. The cell materials will focus on how we can effectively reach out people through evangelism and discipleship.
